Your slide deck/presentation should be a .PDF or PowerPoint presentation. The presentation should cover the following key areas:

• What your Company does and why it will succeed.
• Who the team is.
• Milestones you’ve completed.
• How much money you’re raising and at what valuation.
• Use of Funds and Milestones to be completed with the proceeds from this capital raise.
• The critical path necessary to achieve exit.
• Historical financials if available and projections.
• Any other critical or interesting details exclusive to your business.
